NovoCRM customer portal

The NovoCRM Customer Portal gives you web based lead and contact registration and management capability.

Once a registration has occurred a new contact is automatically created with a linked lead. Once the new contact is linked to an account the user will be able to view the account details, products and support cases. The user will also be able to log new cases, update existing cases and ask questions which create activities in NovoCRM.

The customer portal runs on Microsoft's IIS services and requires the .NET framework to be installed.
